Grilled Halloumi with Peas, Broad Beans, Pine Nuts and Rocket

Peas are a little power house of nutrition with a good source of vitamin K, fibrevitamin C and folate.

This fabulous dish with grilled halloumi cheese is perfect for non-meat eaters at a BBQ. The halloumi cheese can be barbecued on tinfoil and served with the pea and broad bean mix.

Cous Cous with Broad Beans, Peas, Mint & Feta

The combination of the broad beans and peas work wonderfully with the creamy feta and the freshness of the mint.
