Butchery
The Udder Farm Shop has its own butchery with a team of knowledgeable on-site butchers who are on hand each day to assist you with all your requirements. Customers can view the butchers working at the block and can discuss how they would like their meat or poultry prepared. Our fresh meat counter sources beef, lamb & pork from local farmers, with high welfare a priority ensuring full trace ability and the supplier is named on a chalk board above the counter daily.
In this way we not only help the local farmers but keep the environmental impact of our produce as low as possible.
There is a fantastic range of homemade sausages, burgers, home cured bacon, free range poultry and seasonal game displayed daily. Also many value offers and meal solutions.
Orders can be taken for your party or special occasion requirements.
Lamb:
We have lamb displayed throughout the year and specials on mutton when available.
Beef:
All our beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days to mature giving it optimum flavour and tenderness.

Pork:
Our pork is sourced from within a mile radius of shop. We make many flavours of home made sausages including gluten free
Specials:
Look out for our BBQ range in the summer. Freezer packs are available to suit your requirements.
Cutting Service:
A cutting and packing service for your own animals is also available.
